Sam has been a budding percussionist ever since he got his first pair of bongos at 10 years old – and in his first group, got the nickname ‘Bongoboy’, which has stuck to this day!
Since then he has played in a number of different groups, playing different types of percussion for many different styles and genres.
Playing everything from blues to hip-hop and from rock to acoustic folk, as well as in a number of musicals (Comedy of Errors, Jack the Ripper, Blue Angel, Joseph)
He’s played at venues such as; Harrods (London), Shrubland Hall (Claydon), The Apex (Bury St Edmunds), as well as theatres across East Anglia (Diss Corn Hall, The Fisher Theatre, The Cut, The Seagull Theatre, to name a few).
